The first step in applying for a Macomb County Habitat for Humanity home. You must attend this meeting to receive an application.
Meet a homeowner, tour a home under construction and discover how you can be part of meeting a need in our community. We will have discussion about build dates, volunteer opportunities, and how the program works. A light lunch will be provided. The event will start at the white tent on the South side of Howard St. (just around the corner). There is no cost to attend.
A one hour event where we go through Macomb Habitat for Humanity's missions and upcoming goals. Meet a homeonwner and discover how you can be part of meeting a need in our community. Discussion about build dates, volunteer opportunities, and home owner selection..Refreshments will be provided .
Habitat Night includes a new volunteer orientation, various committee meetings and training seesions. It occurs on the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Macomb ISD Building on Garfield just South of Hall Rd. and that Macomb Community College campus on the West side of the street.
General construction including storm doors, int hrdwr, punchlist and misc., volunteers of all skill levels are always welcome there are many different projects available on site.
